Semi-Trailers & Trucks for the Nigerian Market
Factory-direct from Liangshan, China to Lagos — flatbed trailers, fuel tankers, dump trailers and tractor trucks built for Nigerian roads, construction sites, and oil & gas operations.
Why Nigeria Is One of Our Largest Markets
Nigeria's construction sector, oil and gas industry, and port-driven trade make it one of the highest-volume destinations for Chinese-manufactured semi-trailers and trucks in Africa. Road freight carries over 90% of cargo nationally, and the ongoing expansion of highways, bridges, and housing across Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt keeps demand for flatbed trailers, dump trailers, and cement tankers steady year-round.
The oil and gas corridor in the Niger Delta and the downstream fuel distribution network across all 36 states drive consistent orders for fuel tanker trailers — typically 42,000–45,000 litre aluminium or carbon steel units with 4–6 compartments for multi-product loading at depots. Container chassis (skeletal trailers) handle the import container flow through Apapa and Tin Can Island, where vessel turnaround and yard congestion make fast chassis availability a competitive advantage for hauliers.

Import duties: Nigerian Customs applies 5% duty on semi-trailers (HS 8716) and 10–35% on trucks (HS 8704), plus 7.5% VAT. SON (Standards Organisation of Nigeria) conformity assessment (SONCAP) is mandatory — we prepare the Product Certificate for each shipment before it leaves China.
Documentation we provide: Commercial invoice, packing list, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, SONCAP Product Certificate, and Form M support. All export paperwork is handled by our documentation team at no extra charge.
